India is a developing economy with an expected growth rate of 8-9% in coming years. India is a country of 1.25 Billion populations, different castes, systems, rituals, thinking’s and an inspiring rich culture of thousands of years.
Whenever I think about the transformation from a developing nation to a developed one, my mind fills up with number of questions. Are we ready for this change? Are we not losing our ethics and spiritual lessons behind? Are we running only for earning portfolios or money instead of a happy life? Being technical, are we really skilled to compete on a global platform? Do we really know how to work in a competitive atmosphere or we are just following the corporate culture showed by some big players in the market? I always try to get answers of these questions. In search of answers, I interacted with numerous people in my group, my clients, colleagues, friends, market leaders, philosophers etc.
The one thing that I really understood is that we actually don’t know our need. We want to get everything but don’t want to be eligible for them. We are living in assumptions, we assume that we are capable but we never try to be capable. I firmly believe that the gigantic task of bridging the ruler-urban and urban-urban divides cannot be accomplished by the government alone, and that business and industry have a key role to play in helping to realize the national mission of inclusive growth and empowerment of the deprived sections of society.
In V Corp, we are focusing primarily on the thought process of an individual, whether he is a corporate styled man or a slum styled youth. The core philosophy behind the establishment of V Corp aims at evolving innovative and apt solutions to help undeserved sections of society fulfill their unrealized aspirations for better life interventions in the areas of education, health, agriculture and employment linked skill enhancement. V Corp is committed to play pivotal role in this endeavor to create sustainable economies and transformed stagnant lives into active participation through pro-active mentoring and nourishing the relationships of trust.
V Corp will provide various tailor made trainings to every individual of the society whether he is a blue collared or a white collared one. The primary aim of V Corp is to make India a better place to live. We want to generate a corporate society which will be rich in talent, ideas, ethics, culture and humanity.
It’s my dream that when we become the richest, the biggest and the best in the world. We shouldn’t have to look for others. I want my India to be self dependent with its own ideologies, culture and the world should follow us.
